I work with individuals, couples, and families including children, adolescents, and young adults, who are experiencing a variety of stressors and mental health conditions including depression, anxiety, stress, relational conflict, and life transitions.

My aim is to work alongside my clients to navigate the concerns brought to therapy by providing an empathetic, non-judgmental, and safe therapeutic space. The counseling techniques that I use include, but are not limited to, solution-focused techniques, emotion-focused therapy, play, and cognitive behavioral therapy.
