I am a licensed professional counselor (LPC) with 15 years of experience supporting adults, adolescents, and families navigating trauma, stress, and major life transitions. I help clients who feel overwhelmed, stuck, or emotionally exhausted reconnect with their strengths, build clarity, and move toward emotional balance, healthier relationships, and a renewed sense of direction.
I earned my master’s degree in rehabilitation counseling from Langston University. My work draws from trauma-informed care, cognitive behavioral therapy, and integrative strategies to help clients build coping skills, strengthen self-awareness, and create meaningful, lasting change.
