I use a person-centered approach to counseling, tailoring treatment specifically for each individual. I utilize a variety of therapeutic approaches including but not limited to ACT, CBT, DBT, Solution-Focused Brief Therapy, Mindfulness, Sand Tray Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, & EAP.
