I work with children/adolescents/families who are struggling with emotional/behavioral challenges such as anxiety/depression/trauma/grief/life transitions. Many of my clients want to feel more understood/supported/capable of managing daily challenges. I provide counseling for children, adolescents, adults, and families using CBT to address anxiety, depression, trauma, and life transitions. I also offer comprehensive ADHD assessments and evaluations, helping clients understand ADHD and develop strategies to manage challenges and leverage their strengths.
