Thriving as and Empath Coaching Group
Are you sensitive to the emotions and energy of people around you? Are you often thrown off after interacting with someone who is negative? Do you feel overwhelmed after watching the news? Do you cry after watching ASPCA commercials? If you answered yes to these questions, you may be an empath or highly sensitive person. We are offering an eight week group to help you learn strategies to reduce the roller coaster of emotions you may experience each day. Launching 8/2/2025 -9/27/2025.
