As a therapist I consider physical, environmental, social, and spiritual factors in addition to emotional and mental issues contributing to presenting concerns.
My goal is to support your exploration of challenges with compassion while utilizing strategies that increase your ability to maintain a sense of balance and inner peace. Mindfulness, IFS and EMDR are essential components of my approach to support you during sessions.
Seeing a therapist can initially cause anxiety. I create a welcoming environment that puts you at ease. I help you feel safe as you begin your journey. If you are slow to warm up to, I offer a number of options including expressive art and play therapy approaches. Saturday appointments are available.
