In my practice, I rely on my elite training and lived experiences as a Black woman to support those seeking purpose, relief, understanding, encouragement, and validation in their lives. Currently, I work exclusively with adults who have identified a personal area of need in their lives and are ready and willing to engage in a meaningful professional relationship to process and heal from the pain, rejection, uncertainty and trauma of this world.
I work with all persons but have a special interest in working with minority communities, perinatal populations, and complex trauma. I integrate mindfulness, acceptance based themes, sensory-based approaches and skillfulness in helping you learn how to navigate the most painful areas of life in services of your goals, values and personal aspirations.
