If you’re exhausted from holding it together, I get that. I’m Tiff. I work with people carrying trauma, grief, anxiety, or major life transitions. My approach is trauma-informed, relational, and paced with care, using EMDR and somatic work. Therapy with me is honest, collaborative, and grounded in safety and respect.
I help adults process trauma, grief, and anxiety using EMDR, somatic awareness, and relational therapy. I specialize in supporting veterans, LGBTQ+ and gender-expansive clients, and those navigating major life transitions. My approach is steady, collaborative, and focused on nervous system safety.
