About
Feeling like you have tried all that you can by yourself and want support. Feel overwhelmed, exhausted, uncertain or anxious. I am an experienced licensed clinical professional counselor. I Graduated 2009 with my masters in counseling. I have many helped many overcome the difficulties that life brings. I will help you too. We Identify areas of difficulty, stressors, coping skills and strategies for improving life satisfaction and managing concerns to provide relief. It is important to know that it is okay to not have it all figured out or have all the answers because no one has all the answers. Together we'll figure it out.
I use a solution focused and holistic style of therapy to focus on results and the whole person. It is important to do work that provides results and focuses on you. My specialty is relationships, self-discovery, college students and young adults, and moms/new moms . I also have experience with managing emotions, adjustment disorder stress and communication
