Everyday is a fresh start! I most certainly believe that Seasons Change and so do You! Often times when grief, toxic relationships overtake and break our hearts; caregiving stretches us, depression and anxiety infiltrate our minds; self-esteem and the inability to express thoughts and feelings; emotions overtake our voice; clients find themselves hiding in the shadows; just existing and not living; doing and not being. Learning to live within your desired lifestyle, gaining your voice, awareness, and setting goals to lead a mindful and healthier lifestyle innately inspires clients to move forward in whatever season they're facing.
It is inevitable to journey through life without the help of someone else. A warm and affirming person centered approach is how I care to engage clients. I have served children and families within foster care for 15 years. I continually strive to empower teens and adults to help build stronger family connections; and re-write the traumas of their lives.

With an emphasis on mindfulness based stress reduction; including breath work, expressive art therapy, CBT & DBT I have been able to positively impact clients in behavioral health hospitals, individual, and family counseling.
