Welcome! I'm Tierra. Look, I know starting therapy can be empowering, confusing, or scary, all at the same time but here you are and I'm rooting for you! I am a dedicated Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) and therapist committed to providing compassionate, culturally sensitive, and evidence-based care. My work focuses on supporting individuals who have experienced domestic violence, self-esteem challenges, and grief. I strive to create a safe and affirming space where clients can process their experiences, heal from trauma, and rebuild their sense of self.
Integrating various therapeutic approaches, I help clients navigate their emotions, develop coping strategies, and regain empowerment. My goal is to foster resilience, self-compassion, and meaningful transformation in their lives. Together, we will identify your challenges and goals - where you want your life to be a month, six months, a year from now.
We'll identify options and strategies you can use to get there. You'll leave the session with a better understanding of what you're facing with an "actions I can take right now" approach.
