I have over 19 years of experience and training in mental health, working with individuals, families, and couples to help process and manage trauma, anxiety, depression and adjustment. I have experience/specialized training working with PTSD, Veterans, TBI, Domestic Violence, sexual abuse, Substance Use Disorder, Anxiety and Depression.
I assess, and treat clients using multiple researched based treatment modalities such as EMDR, cognitive behavioral therapy, solution focused, motivational interviewing to name a few to improve a person’s individual, interpersonal, social and overall functioning.
I am non-judgmental, and treat the whole person to help process emotions, manage trauma, and to self-regulate and manage symptoms so you can live a more fulfilling happy and healthy life.
