I am a marriage and family therapist in training who earned my degree from Edgewood College. I focus on building authentic and collaborative relationships with my clients. I use an eclectic approach that is grounded in systems therapy, aiming to help you better understand your relationship with yourself, with the people in your life, and the places that you come from.
I combine body-centered and experiential approaches such as EMDR, Emotionally Focused Therapy, and Mindfulness. I strive to create a warm environment where you can align your mind, body, and spirit. I am deeply committed to providing culturally sensitive therapy. My inclusive practice welcomes and honors diverse backgrounds and experiences.
Couples and Sexual Health: I use Gottman Method Therapy to help couples improve their communication and intimacy. I work with all relationship styles, including kink, queer, and non-monogamous relationships.
