Hello, I am Dr. Tiera Williams, a Licensed Professional Counselor with a doctorate degree in community and care counseling who has provided mental health services to individuals and families for over 13 years. I specialize in helping manage issues of depression, anxiety, women issues, anger management, self-esteem, behavior issues, ADHD, adjustment/military, and trauma through a safe and supportive environment. My therapy approach is individualized and consists of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy , Cognitive Processing Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, and Motivational Interviewing to address challenging issues.
