I’m an EMDR-trained Licensed Professional Counselor-Supervisor with over 14 years of experience helping clients heal and grow. My work has included supporting children and adults who’ve experienced trauma, adults navigating substance abuse, and clients in both residential and intensive outpatient programs. As a clinician of color, I am passionate about reducing the stigma around counseling and making mental health more accessible.
My ideal clients are individuals who feel weighed down by past experiences—whether that’s trauma, abuse, grief, or patterns that keep them feeling stuck. Many of my clients come to me carrying shame, doubt, or the belief that healing isn’t possible—and together, we work to challenge those beliefs.
In sessions, I bring a balance of warmth, authenticity, and honesty. I believe therapy works best when clients feel genuinely seen and supported, so I strive to create a safe space where you can be open without judgment. At the same time, I won’t shy away from being direct when it’s needed.
