Tiecen Payne is a Clinical Mental Health Counseling Intern at ScenicView Clinic, where she works with adults navigating trauma, grief, anxiety, life transitions, and seasons of emotional overwhelm. Tiecen’s counseling approach is trauma-informed, resilience-focused, and deeply practical. She believes therapy should be a place where clients feel genuinely understood, while also gaining tools that help them function, heal, and move forward with more confidence.
