Through assisting many others, I want you to know that it’s not only natural to feel confused or scared right now but there can also be meaning and purpose found behind the pain you have endured. You don’t need to have anything figured out to begin. Our work can be a place to be honest, uncertain, angry, sad, hopeful, or numb – whatever is true for you.
I utilize somatic, existential and humanistic approaches. I am not concerned with “fixing” you but rather helping you uncover your authentic Self and clarifying what is meaningful to you. Along the way we will explore practical tools to assist with anxiety, depression and/or PTSD symptoms (ex. mindfulness, parts-work, exploring identity, EMDR resourcing).
