As an experiential therapist, I am dedicated to creating safe and brave spaces where individuals, couples, and families can authentically connect with their emotions. My approach centers on the belief that healing happens through direct emotional experience and expression. By fostering trust, curiosity, and compassion, I support clients in exploring their inner worlds, deepening relationships, and finding new ways of being. Whether working through past trauma, navigating conflict, or building emotional resilience, I guide clients with presence and care as they reclaim their voices and create meaningful change.

Healing begins in spaces where we feel both safe and brave—safe enough to be vulnerable, and brave enough to explore what’s difficult. As an experiential therapist, I work with individuals, couples, and families to help them connect more deeply with their emotions, express what often goes unspoken, and move toward greater authenticity and connection.

My approach is rooted in emotional experience with attention to cultural background. As a Mexican American, I understand the impact of how culture can impact our lens of the world and how we approach situations. With this lens, I offer a compassionate and nonjudgemental space where all individuals and families can feel heard and supported.
