I am a licensed clinical psychologist born and raised in Hawaiʻi. Inspired by the love of the islands I grew up on and my mixed ancestry of healers, I carry a deep commitment to caring for those around me. My work is guided by connection and the belief that healing unfolds when we feel truly seen and safe.
I believe that each person holds an innate wisdom and capacity for restoration. Therapy is not about becoming someone new, but about returning to yourself — to the parts of you that have always held strength, resilience, and possibility.
My approach is trauma-informed, relational, and grounded in sensitivity to culture, identity, and the many systems that shape our lives. I integrate somatic therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), mindfulness, and other evidence-based practices to support both emotional and nervous system healing.
