My ideal clients are adults who have been through the fire and are finally ready to stop running from it. They're living with trauma, PTSD, or addiction, and many of them have been carrying the weight of experiences they've never said out loud to anyone. I have worked with individuals with co-occurring disorders both in an individual and group setting. My goal is to help my clients explore how their thoughts interact with their emotions and actions, clarify their values and the things that matter the most to them, and understand their biological response patterns.
