I have experience working with adolescents, adults, and families. My therapeutic approaches are customarily, but not limited to: Psycho-educational, Person-Centered Therapy (PCT), Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT), and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT). I incorporate Christian concepts into sessions for clients desiring spiritual guidance and support.
