I earned my Master of Social Work (MSW) degree from Case Western Reserve University, specializing in mental health therapy and gaining in-depth knowledge of healing from depression and anxiety, anger management, Adolescent therapy, Family Therapy, healing from trauma, and emotional regulation. I am bilingual and am fluent in English and Mandarin.
I understand that life can be overwhelming, and asking for help is not easy. I take client care very seriously and work hard to ensure a comfortable, safe, and nonjudgemental therapeutic environment.
