Our work will support you to understand your history and intergenerational patterns, reconnect to the innate wisdom of your internal experience and body, and transform your pain and challenges (like anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, and relationship challenges) into growth, meaning, and resilience.
My approach is to co-create a supportive, secure, and genuine relationship where you feel both safe and challenged to grow. I believe in your capacity to heal and create the life you really want. Through a focus on the emergence of new and transformational experiences together, you can shift and rewire outdated patterns that are no longer serving you.
I've been in the mental health field since 2001 and love what I do! I am a Certified AEDP Therapist, Certified Trauma Therapist, and Mindfulness Teacher. My practice is inclusive to people of all races, identities, and backgrounds. Our time together can be an opportunity to accept and appreciate all the parts of yourself, to share, be seen, and to transform.
