Hello! My name is Tiana Jones. I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over 20 years of experience working with clients in multiple settings. I am dedicated and passionate about helping individuals navigate their challenges in life, whether it be anxiety, depression, chronic illness, grief/loss or anything that keeps a person from being their best. My approach to therapy is to meet the client where they are and work with them by incorporating aspects of different modalities, such as Acceptance and Commitment, Cognitive Behavioral and mindfulness.
I work with teens through older adults that are struggling with a broad range of issues that may be keeping them from enjoying life, including anxiety, depression, chronic illness and grief/loss.
