Some days feel harder than others, and trying to get through those days have more heavy weight than others. You want to go back to the days where you felt the joy life had to offer. You are looking for peace inside your self to help you work through those days with positivity. That’s where I come in! I am the co-pilot on your ride to new beginnings! I am the therapist that will help you explore your identity, discover your strengths, build your self-esteem/confidence in yourself, and most importantly, feel heard and safe.
My joy is helping individuals build boundaries, self-esteem/confidence, and finding strengths within themselves in the outside world. I work with the ages 10 and up, but I specialize with adolescents and young adults. I mainly work under CBT but I also use other approaches that both the client and I see fit for the goals that are set.
It is hard being a human, I completely understand. There are so many different things we go through in life and feel like we have to go at them alone.
