As a LICSW with five years of experience, I specialize in: grief and loss, integrative mental health, and perinatal mental health. My approach is warm, calm, and supportive, while also being direct and practical. I aim to create a space where you feel safe exploring your experiences while gaining tools you can use in your everyday life.
