I’m an AMFT with a bachelor's degree in Psychology and Child Development and a master’s in Marriage and Family Therapy from Chico State. I work with teens, college students, adults, couples, & families who are navigating anxiety, stress, relationship concerns, attachment wounds, life transitions, trauma, grief, self-esteem challenges, & identity exploration.
