I’m a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker and Life Coach with over 20 years of experience supporting college-bound teens, parents, and young adults. I specialize in anxiety, life transitions, and confidence-building, helping clients develop practical tools, clarity, and resilience during pivotal stages of life.
