When people experience trauma, chronic life stressors, and /or destructive relationship patterns, life can quickly become overwhelming and unmanageable. My passion is to bring healing to people who have endured great hardship and restore wholeness and joy to their lives. I help adults, families, teens, and children navigate troubled times, & find healthy perceptions of themselves. I view all difficulties systemically and works to shift both individual and relational patterns to provide comprehensive, long-lasting results. I understand that one size does not fit all and can tailor the treatment plan to fit each client's unique needs.
As such, treatment begins with a focus on direct, behavioral change and moves into deeper analysis of emotion, thoughts, and past experiences only as needed. As a limited licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, I utilizes a broad range of therapeutic techniques that are empirically sound with the flexibility to meet the goals of her clients.
My background, passion and experience assist my clients in navigating through everyday challenges. I invite you to reach out to me in order to begin our therapeutic relationship that is build around dignity and respect. The relationship will ultimately focus on your well being and tapping into your positive qualities.
