I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who works with adolescents through adulthood, supporting individuals facing anxiety, depression, bipolar mood concerns, trauma, and emotional overwhelm.

I focus on meeting clients where they are while helping them develop insight, coping strategies, and confidence in their ability to manage life’s challenges. I believe healing happens in a space that feels safe, authentic, and non-judgmental.
