Some of my experience includes supporting survivors of domestic violence and individuals facing homelessness or addiction, and I am dedicated to connecting clients with community resources alongside therapy.
I integrate evidence-based therapies such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Brainspotting, and Mindfulness with practical, personalized strategies. I also partner with parents and families to create accountability-focused plans that honor every voice.
