Hello! My name is Tia Kelley-Stollmack, MA. I am a doctoral student in the Counseling Psychology PhD program at UT Austin. I am currently being supervised by Dr. Jasmine Jenkins. Over the past three years I have worked directly with clients in university counseling centers and community-oriented private practices. I have experience working with children, adolescents, and adults. My work with college students focused on treating anxiety, depression, substance use, and interpersonal challenges related to identity and adjustment to new environments. My work in private practice focused on family systems approaches to therapy.
Additionally, I have obtained training in integrated behavioral health and I am committed to supporting more holistic approaches to behavioral health. My approach to therapy is person-centered, trauma-informed, and emotion-focused while maintaining a multicultural perspective throughout.
I am a firm believer that you are the expert on yourself so I view my role as a facilitator in identifying and building the strengths you already hold within to improve your daily functioning.
