Are you desiring to live a more authentic, empowered life? Do you find yourself overwhelmed by anxiety, stuck in depression or grief, or suffering with symptoms of trauma? Maybe you’re struggling to shift old habits that are holding you back? As a trauma-informed, somatic (body-based) therapist, I support each client in tuning into the wisdom of their body, mind, and spirit to move towards change. In our sessions together, I foster a safe, warm connection with empathetic curiosity where all parts of you are welcome to be explored and understood.
I specialize in working with folks with complex trauma, anxiety, depression, substance use, and identity-related issues (LGBTQIA+, CNM/ENM). I have in-depth knowledge on trauma-informed care, body-based nervous system regulation, and mindfulness techniques. I also utilize dance, movement, and art making in the therapeutic process.
Choosing the right therapist based on a listing may feel daunting. Finding someone you feel comfortable and safe with is crucial to your success in therapy. I invite you to reach out for a phone or video consultation to see if you think we'll be a good fit. Please note that I only offer online sessions at this time.
