I am a licensed therapist with extensive experience supporting individuals navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, and life transitions. I know that life happens, and we are all human, and as such, that is how I approach my treatment. I believe connection and shared experiences can be the most beneficial tool in therapy. I am passionate about fostering a safe, nonjudgmental space where clients feel empowered to explore their emotions, build resilience, and create meaningful change.
