We spend the first part of our lives learning how to cope with the reality we were born into and then the rest of our lives trying to understand why those strategies no longer work. These coping mechanisms are based on learned stories and belief systems in our unconscious Shadow. Let me walk with you through the valley of your Shadow toward more ease!
