I provide mental health counseling for folks struggling with anxiety, depression, ADHD as well as unexpected work or life changes, parenting, relationships, and work/life balance. I also provide EMDR.

Groups
Work and Life Planning for Women
I offer a virtual 8 week program to help with work and life planning and transition for Women. I run these sessions if/when I have up to 5 individuals interested in support. The work includes a weekly online meeting as well as guidance and homework between sessions. Weekly sessions run from 1-1.5 hours and are meant to be a place of supportive, accountability and reflection. The program takes a holistic approach to looking at the role of work in our lives and focuses on work and life goals based on individual values.
