My specializations are trauma, perinatal mental wellness (trying to conceive, prenatal, postpartum, and loss), and life transitions. In addition, I have experience with anxiety, depression, women’s health, stress management, LGBTQIA+ issues, ADHD, and racial identity. Taking steps towards healing can be difficult.
