I provide private individualized mental health therapy for all needs by integrating various techniques and tools, such as Client-Centered Therapy, Solution-Focused Therapy, Reality/Choice Therapy, and/or Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT). I primarily work with young adults and older; however, I can support all ages.
In my practice, I focus on building rapport, modeling empathy, demonstrating authenticity, collaborating a plan to practice healthy coping strategies to encourage autonomy for all clients, and I look forward to working with you!
