Hi there, I'm Thy! I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. I am also a 24-year military veteran. I strongly believe that investing in your mental health is one of the greatest investments you can make. It's a sign of strength that provides so many benefits to your overall well-being, health, and happiness. I prioritize open communication, providing clients with a safe space to feel heard and supported. I practice active listening and patience with all individuals.
During our partnership of working together, I strive to establish a foundation of trust and rapport through active listening, empathy, and providing a nonjudgmental safe space. You will be provided an opportunity to feel comfortable being expressive and being yourself.
The 1st appointment will be an introductory session where you will be able to share your reasons for seeking therapy and what you hope to achieve. It's an opportunity to establish a working relationship with me as your therapist and begin the process of addressing concerns and setting goals. I strive to provide a warm and non-judgmental space.
