Our seasoned clinicians have a wide range of experience working with children, adolescents, adults and couples. We provide parent guidance and family therapy as well. We focus on a collaborative approach in therapy to address the unique needs of each person who walks through the office door or logs on to our online telehealth session. We strive to create an environment where a person can feel comfortable to explore life's struggles.
We specialize in treating children and adolescents with depression, anxiety, school/college stress and family conflict. We also work with a wide range of adults with depression, anxiety, trauma, relationship and parenting difficulties. We work regularly with military families and understand the unique experience of this group.
We are available for both in-person and telehealth sessions. We believe that everyone can gain new coping skills or insight in therapy that can help them better handle life's difficulties when they arise. We believe a person can then use these skills to thrive and feel more satisfied in life.
