Hi, I’m Nicole Mann, the founder of Thriving Steps ABA Therapy and Consulting Services, LLC. I hold a Master’s degree in Special Education, and graduate-level certification in Behavior Analysis from George Mason University. I am Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), licensed by the state of Virginia with over a decade of experience in education and behavioral therapy. I’m dedicated to fostering meaningful growth and independence that creates opportunities for lasting positive behavior change for client’s and their families.
