I specialize in supporting adults who are experiencing grief, pet bereavement, depression, anxiety, and life changes. My approach to therapy is person-centered, and I work collaboratively with clients to assist them in exploring thoughts and feelings and reaching personal goals. I am a holistic practitioner, taking into account mind, body, spirit, and support.
