I am passionate about supporting people as they heal, grow, and rediscover their sense of purpose. My approach is grounded in empathy, collaboration, and trust, creating a safe space where clients can explore difficult emotions and work toward meaningful, lasting change.

As a Black, queer, lesbian, disabled veteran, I bring both lived experience and clinical expertise to my work. I often support clients navigating life transitions, caregiving stress, trauma, identity concerns, grief, and the emotional weight of long-held experiences.
