I provide individual and couples counseling using Solutions-Focused, Emotion-Focused, and Cognitive-Behavioral therapy. I specialize in working with adolescents and adults with a wide range of conditions, including depression, anxiety, panic, trauma, stress, grief, and relationship issues. I have worked for several years in the medical setting, providing both psychotherapy and integrated behavioral health.

I have specialized experience working with the pregnant and postpartum population. I also have previous experience working with survivors of domestic violence and in a medical setting specializing in women's health.

Since graduating, I've pursued being a real and authentic partner to those navigating mental health concerns, working in both inpatient and outpatient settings with mild to severe presentations. I enjoy working with people dealing with depression, anxiety, relationship concerns, phase-of-life challenges, wellness issues, and substance use.
