I am Dr. Naharia Heard, a Licensed Professional Counselor, Certified Substance Abuse Counselor, Nationally Certified Counselor, and Approved Clinical Supervisor (LPC, CSAC, NCC, ACS) in the state of Virginia with more than 10 years of experience. I am also a mother and Army veteran who specializes in helping adult clients and families that are having difficulties managing stress and anxiety, struggling with coping skills, anxiety, depression, sexual abuse, combat, substance abuse, and family and relational issues.

I have worked as a vocational rehabilitation counselor and a certified substance use counselor with the Commonwealth of Virginia. I am also an ordained minister experienced in pastoral counseling.
