My goal is to provide a safe place where I can work with you to form a collaborative relationship to feel heard, understood, and empowered.

I have an extensive history of working with clients suffering from co-occurring disorders. I believe that the therapeutic value of art has the power to heal, empower, and engage those who feel isolated due to addiction, depression, anxiety, fears, anger, and pain. I received my Master's degree in Art Therapy from George Washington University, with a focus on Trauma-Informed Care.

Having witnessed firsthand the effects of mental health diagnoses on the family system, I provide a safe, supportive space for open sharing and growth.
