I am energized by helping adolescents, adults, and couples find happiness and satisfaction in their lives by discovering the goodness in their intentions, even when it may be challenging their day-to-day lives. I help clients heal from depression, anxiety, relationship issues, and life transitions. I use eclectic treatment approaches, including cognitive behavioral (CBT), person-centered, dialectical behavior (DBT), and solution-focused therapy.

While my primary focus has been children with various needs, I am also comfortable working with adults and families. Throughout my career, I’ve encountered some of the most challenging populations and have supported families during crisis situations. In addition to direct client work, I have served as a supervisor, developer, and trainer for other clinicians and professionals, including teachers, police officers, and school board employees.
