I am Patricia "Tricia" McCarty, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who enjoys helping people work through life transitions, addiction, grief/loss, chronic illness/pain, anxiety, depression, stress, and low self-esteem. I use a humanistic approach and a variety of therapeutic modalities, including cognitive-behavioral, mindfulness-based, strength-based, narrative, acceptance and commitment, expressive art as therapy, and positive psychotherapy. I completed my Master of Social Work at Virginia Commonwealth University.

I am Wendy Wasserstrom, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) with 9 years of social work experience. I have provided mental health services to children, adolescents, adults, and older adults, and I have experience providing individual and group therapy. I have worked with individuals dealing with anxiety, depression, trauma, mood and thought disorders, personality disorders, serious mental illness, life transitions, substance abuse, and family conflict. I earned my undergraduate degree in Social Work from Florida State University and my Master’s degree in Social Work from Florida Atlantic University.
I am Wendy Wasserstrom, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) with 9 years of social work experience. I work with young adults, adults, and geriatrics and have experience in a variety of clinical settings, including community mental health and the VA Department of Corrections. I have worked with individuals who have depression, bipolar disorder, generalized anxiety, and substance and alcohol use disorders. I also have experience working with individuals experiencing major life transitions, including divorce, occupational changes, grief, and stress.

I also have over 14 years of experience in school counseling. Having grown up in a multi-generational home during my adolescent years and having served in both comprehensive and exceptional education school settings, I have a deep-rooted admiration and respect for the older population, parents, and caregivers of children with unique needs and abilities.
