I’m Tammy, a Licensed Professional Counselor with over 20 years of experience in the mental health field.I work with adults navigating anxiety, depression, grief, trauma, relationship challenges, life transitions, and those moments when life simply doesn’t look or feel the way they thought it would. I especially enjoy working with people who are ready to understand themselves more deeply, challenge old patterns, strengthen relationships, and create a life that feels authentic, meaningful, and fulfilling. You don’t have to have it all figured out. You just have to be willing to show up.
