I am Katharine (Kit) Lagreze, a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) who specializes in anxiety, relationship issues, effective communication, life transitions, identity, self-awareness, self-esteem, expressive art therapy, and mindfulness. My past experience has been in a hospital program partnered with adults managing OCD and co-morbid disorders. I also continued my efforts at a non-profit arts-based day program serving adults with neurodevelopmental disorders. In addition, I have also gained experience working in special education K-12.
