Whether you are looking for a change in your life, trying to recover from a negative experience, or worried about your relationship or child; I'm here to help. I treat individuals and families for a wide variety of issues, including depression, anxiety, grief and loss, separation and divorce, moves and other big adjustments, focus and attention problems, school issues, behavioral issues, and relationship and social difficulties. I work hard to meet clients with genuine empathy, insight, and (where appropriate) humor in order to work together to bring about the change they're seeking.

Though I have extensive experience treating an array of problems, and can treat anyone from infants to adults, some areas of specialization include service members and their families, young children , and adults with mood, anxiety, and relationship issues. I integrate the latest techniques to provide effective, solution-focused treatment.

Evening and weekend appointments available. I work closely with a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner should medication be a necessary supplement to outpatient therapy. Hablo español.
